At week 8 of pregnancy, baby’s fingers and toes are now only slightly webbed and his or her tail (YES, there was one) is gone.

Your baby is about one-half of an inch long (about the size of a Raspberry).

In most cases, the beating heart can also be seen and heard at this stage. While it is still too early to determine whether your baby is a Boy or Girl, you can rest easy knowing that your baby is growing rapidly and comfortably.
